Hello, I’m Tam
I’m thrilled to step into the role of Clinical Adminstrator and bring my extensive experience to this position. With over a decade of management experience, I am dedicated to leading our team in providing exceptional care and support to children, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
I studied Business Management, Emergency Telecommunication, and Developmental Service Work, which has given me a strong foundation in both the strategic and operational aspects of my role.
My most recent role, involved overseeing a clinic specializing in children with ASD. In this role, I was responsible for managing clinical operations, implementing effective programs, and ensuring that each child received tailored, high-quality care. I worked closely with our team to create individualized treatment plans and continuously monitor progress to achieve the best outcomes for our young clients.
Before becoming a Clinical Director, I spent valuable years as a behavior therapist, providing 1:1 and group therapy to enhance social skills and overall development. I used a variety of proven methods, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Direct Instruction (DI), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Incidental Teaching. These approaches allowed me to support children in a way that was both structured and adaptable to their unique needs.
I am passionate about working with children and managing centers to ensure smooth, effective progress. I firmly believe that keeping parents informed and engaged is crucial, and I strive to provide regular updates and maintain open communication to ensure they are always happy with their child’s progress.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me staying active through workouts at the gym, swimming, or biking. These activities help me maintain a healthy balance and keep me energized.
I’m excited to meet everyone.
